Happy Birthday to Oscar Niemeyer

Michael P. Johnson Design Studios Ltd. would like to wish Oscar Niemeyer

Happy Birthday. He turned 100 years old on Saturday, December 15th, 2007.

Our office had the pleasure of meeting him in January, 2006 where we were

able to spend a couple of hours with him at his office. It was one memorable

experience.

The Flat Tire Bike Shop

Michael P. Johnson Design Studios Ltd. is announcing another new project

located in Cave Creek, Arizona. The project is a new retail store for the

Flat Tire Bike Shop. The store will be approximately 2700s.f. featuring

a two mezznines that open to the lower level. The primary materials are

concrete masonry units and glass. The project is currently in the design

development phase and is quickly approaching the contract document

and permitting phase.
